川楝子不同药用部位的川楝素含量研究

【摘要】 目的以川楝子中主要药效和毒性成分川楝素为指标,测定川楝子不同部位中川楝素的含量,为"肉核分离"入药提供依据。方法将川楝子皮、肉、核分离后,采用HPLC法对不同产地的川楝子及其各部位的川楝素含量进行分析。结果川楝子果核中不含川楝素,果肉中川楝素含量较果皮高,不同产地的川楝子及其各部位川楝素含量不同。结论肉核中川楝素的含量差别较大,提示川楝子传统的"肉核分离"入药具有一定的科学内涵。

【Abstract】 Objective To provide theoretical basis for the flesh-core separation of toosendan fructus,the content of toosendanin in different parts of toosendan fructus was deter mined. Methods After separating the peel,flesh and core,the content of toosendanin in different parts of toosendan fructus from different origins were analyze by HPLC. Results The core contains no toosendanin,while the flesh contains more toosendanin than the peel,the content of toosendanin contained in toosendan from different origins and different parts of toosendan vary greatly. Conclusion The content of toosendanin contained in flesh and core differs greatly,which indicates that there is some scientifically basis in the toosendan fructus traditional clinical application by means of flesh-core separation.
