【摘要】 目的评价暗娼人群艾滋病(AIDS)干预效果,为暗娼人群开展有针对性的行为干预提供依据。方法凭祥市疾病预防控制中心外展工作人员对凭祥市83家高危娱乐场所的暗娼人群进行艾滋病综合干预,对干预前后效果进行比较分析,评估干预效果。结果干预后暗娼人群艾滋病总的知识知晓率,由干预前的43.20%上升到干预后的54.95%;最近一次商业性行为安全套使用的比例由干预前的76.70%上升到干预后的85.35%;最近一个月商业性行为,每次都使用安全套的比例由干预前的53.88%上升到干预后的64.84%,从未使用安全套的比例由干预前的13.11%下降到干预后的6.59%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凭祥市娱乐场所艾滋病综合干预取得了一定效果,但商业性行为每次坚持使用安全套的比例和艾滋病知识知晓率有待进一步提高,需要不断开展综合干预,遏制艾滋病蔓延。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of HIV/AIDS interventions among FSWs,and to provide the evidence for conducting behavioral interventions. Methods The outreach staff members of Pingxiang Municipal CDC conducted comprehensive HIV/AIDS interventions among FSWs in 83 high-risk entertainment establishments in Pingxiang.Effectiveness was compared and analyzed before and after the interventions,and the effect of the interventions was evaluated as well. Results After the interventions,the awareness rate of knowledge about AIDS was increased from 43.20% to 54.95%.The percentage of condom use was increased from 76.7% to 85.35% in the last exchange of sex for money.The rate of using condoms every time during commercial sex activity in the past month went up to 64.84% after the interventions from 53.88% before the interventions.The proportion of having sex without using condoms dropped to 6.59% after the interventions from 13.11% before the interventions.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The effect was brought by the comprehensive interventions for HIV/AIDS among entertainment establishments in Pingxiang.However,the rate of using condom every time in exchange of sex for money and the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge should be further improved.Such comprehensive interventions should be carried out consistently for AIDS prevention and control.更多还原
