【Abstract】 Dexamethasone is a prolonged action glucocorticoid. High-dose dexamethasone with 40 mg/d for 4 consecutive days has been used alone or combined in treating multiple myeloma, immune thrombocytopenia, Hodgkin’s lymphoma, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and acute lymphoblastic leukemia effectively, but at the same-time has the side-effect apparently.
