巨噬细胞在心肌梗死中的作用研究进展
Research progress on the role of macrophages in myocardial infarction
【摘要】 近年来,心肌梗死(MI)被认为是炎症相关疾病,MI后炎症反应影响着心肌损伤程度和心脏结构重塑。巨噬细胞在炎症反应过程中起关键作用,其具有功能可塑性,能够根据微环境不同极化为不同表型,主要分为促炎M1型巨噬细胞和抗炎M2型巨噬细胞。现对巨噬细胞起源、经典极化理论、表面表达分子及标志物、相关信号通路及其在心肌梗死中的作用,包括巨噬细胞在新生血管形成及心肌细胞再生中的作用进行综述。
【Abstract】 In recent years, myocardial infarction(MI) has been regarded as an inflammatory disease, and the inflammatory response after MI affects the degree of myocardial damage and the remodeling of the heart structure.Macrophages play a key role in the process of inflammation.With functional plasticity, macrophages can be polarized into different phenotypes according to different microenvironments.They are mainly divided into pro-inflammatory M1 macrophages and anti-inflammatory M2 macrophages.Therefore, this article reviews the origin of macrophages, classical polarization theory, surface expression molecules and markers, relevant signaling pathways and their roles in myocardial infarction, including the role of macrophages in neovascularization and cardiomyocyte regeneration.
