牛磺酸对铅所致心肌损害的保护作用

【摘要】 目的 牛磺酸对铅所致心肌损害的保护作用。方法 采用体外心肌细胞培养技术 ,研究牛磺酸对铅致心肌细胞膜的损害及影响。结果 铅可使心肌细胞膜的总巯基、非PSH和PSH降低 ,而牛磺酸可明显减轻铅降低心肌细胞膜总巯基(TSH)、非蛋白巯基 (NPSH)和蛋白巯基 (PSH)量的作用。结论 牛磺酸在一定程度上可拮抗铅的心肌毒性。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the protective effects of taurine on lead-induced damage of myocardial cell.Methods Cell culture technique was applied to explore the effects of taurine on lead-induced injuries of myocardial cell membrane.Results Lead could induce a significant decrease in total-SH,non-protein SH and protein-SH,as compared with control group.Taurine could significantly attenuate the lead-induced decreases in the three SHs in cardiomyocyte.Conclusion The results suggest that taurine may protect the myocardial cell from the lead toxicity.
