【摘要】 随着我国经济水平的逐渐提高,人们的生活质量也得到了进一步的改善。食品与生活息息相关,食品安全直接影响着人们的生命健康,因此保障食品安全尤为重要。近几年,我国出现了多起因食品包装不合格导致的食品安全问题,食品包装是食品生产的关键环节之一,因此要对食品包装材料进行严格把关。现阶段,在食品包装材料检测方面还存在着一些问题,导致一些不符合规定的食品流入市场,需要不断提高食品安全检测技术水平。本文对影响食品安全的包装材料进行了具体分析,并且对食品包装检测技术进行了相应的讨论。

【Abstract】 With the gradual improvement of China’s economic level, people’s quality of life has also been further improved. Food is closely related to our life. Food safety directly affects people’s life and health, so it is particularly important to ensure food safety. In recent years, there have been many food safety problems caused by unqualified food packaging in China. Food packaging is one of the key links in food production. Therefore, the selection of food packaging materials should be strictly controlled. At the present stage, there are still some problems in the detection of food packaging materials, which lead to some non-conforming food packaging entering the market, and need to constantly improve the level of food safety detection technology. In this paper, the packaging materials affecting food safety were analyzed in detail, and the detection technology of food packaging was discussed accordingly.
