【Abstract】 Ovalbumin was obtained by microfiltration,ultrafiltration and 60%(NH4)2SO4 salting-out of egg white;Ion-exchange chromatography of Q-sepharose F.F.was used to isolate lysozyme and ovotransferrin from the filtrate.So the continuous isolation of three main proteins from egg white was realized.更多还原
