用于磁悬浮运动副/摩擦副设计的基本参数检测仪
Basic Parameter Instrument for the Design of Magnetic Suspension Kinematic Pairs or Friction Pairs
【摘要】 本文首次提出了磁悬浮运动副/摩擦副基本参数的测量应纳入摩擦学测试范畴的观点。以这类先进摩擦副中的超导一永磁类型运动副/摩擦副为具体应用对象,讨论了其基本参数测量的国标发展现状、原型装置和测试技术。由于国家标准GB/T 21115-2007和对应原型装置只适合大间隙情况,定位及测量精度不够,难以满足磁斥型轴承微米级的测量需求,本文对某基本参数检测仪进行了改进。采用双驱动方式(微调螺母+伺服电机)和闭环控制系统来实现永磁体的精确定位,设计了用于绝磁保温的新型液氮杯结构,引入了用于调整超导—永磁运动副/摩擦副平行度的超导体夹头装置。改进后的基本参数检测仪在设计层面实现了1μm的定位测试精度和0.1μm的测试分辨率,满足了微小间隙运动副/摩擦副设计的测试需求,可为相应国家标准的完善提供参考。
【Abstract】 The viewpoint that the basic parameters measurement of magnetic suspension kinematic pairs or friction pairs should be included in the category of tribology test is proposed in this paper for the first time.Taking the superconductor-permanent magnet pair of this type advanced friction pair as the specific application object,the development status of national standards,the corresponding prototype device and the testing techniques for its basic parameters are studied.As the national standard GB/T 21115-2007 and the corresponding prototype device are only suitable for large clearance,the positioning and measurement accuracy is not enough,and it’s difficult to meet the measurement requirement of micro-level clearance for the magnetic repulsion type bearings.Some improvements are conducted for the instrument in this paper.The dual-drive mode(fine nut and servo motor) and closed-loop control system are adopted to achieve precise positioning of the permanent magnet.New structure of liquid nitrogen cup for antimagnetic and heat insulation is designed.In order to adjust the parallelism between superconductor and permanent magnet,a chuck device of superconductor is introduced.The improved basic parameter instrument achieves a 0.1μm positioning and testing accuracy at the design level,which can meet the measurement requirements of micro-level clearance for the design of kinematic or friction pairs.The research achievements of this paper can provide a reference for the improvement of the corresponding national standards.
