“大黑山”饲用薏苡不同刈割高度营养品质分析

【摘要】 试验以1.5、2、2.5 m和3 m四种不同刈割高度,对"大黑山"饲用薏苡鲜草茎和叶营养品质进行分析,为"大黑山"饲用薏苡适时刈割及营养品质提供参考。结果表明:"大黑山"饲用薏苡在不同生长期茎中粗脂肪、粗蛋白质、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、水溶性总糖、全磷、全钙的平均含量分别为1.13%、5.11%、5.19%、61.25%、41.46%、13.77%、0.17%、0.38%;叶中的平均含量分别为3.25%、15.81%、9.64%、63.46%、33.55%、4.36%、0.30%和0.95%。试验表明"大黑山"饲用薏苡适宜贵州省的土壤气候条件,营养品质较高,动态变化规律明显,可在不同生长时期刈割以满足牛、羊及其他动物营养需求。

【Abstract】 The nutrient quality of stems and leaves of "Daheishan" coix was analyzed with 4 different mowing heights of 1.5,2,2.5 m and 3 m,which provided reference for timely mowing and nutrient quality of"Daheishan" coix.The results showed that the average contents of crude fat,crude protein,crude ash,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,water soluble carbohydrate,total phosphorus and total calcium in the stems of "Daheishan" coix were 1.13%,5.11%,5.19%,61.25%,41.46%,13.77%,0.17% and 0.38%,respectively.The average contents in leaves were 3.25%,15.81%,9.64%,63.46%,33.55%,4.36%,0.30% and 0.95%,respectively.The results indicated that "Daheishan" coix was suitable for the soil and climate conditions in Guizhou province. Its nutritional quality was high and its dynamic change was obvious. Which could be mowed at different growth stages to meet the nutritional needs of cattle,sheep and other animals.
