【Abstract】 Global politics is a new type of politics that differs from international politics and world politics, with its distinct characteristic of emphasizing the unity and commonality of the political subjects, interests, and values. On the one hand, we need a distinct global view to study global politics and to construct a theory of global politics. On the other hand, we should be careful in selecting our research approaches. The author suggests that it is useful to adopt a comprehensive approach to the study of global politics, including both a “research starting-point” and a “research process,” “compara￣tive analysis” and “embedded analysis,” and “research contradictions” and “research compatibilities.”更多还原
