电弧喷涂技术在模具快速制造中的应用
Application of Arc Spraying Technology in Rapid Manufacturing Die
【摘要】 设计了一套简单的水泥基盒形件拉深模具,对其进行了电弧喷涂,对Al板样件进行了拉深试验,验证了水泥基快速成型冲压模具的可行性。同时分析了模具存在的缺陷,提出了相应的模具制造方案和设计优化的意见。该结果能为水泥基快速成型冲压模具应用于工程提供理论和试验基础。
【Abstract】 A simple cement-based square box drawing die was designed. The arc spraying on the die was carried out. The drawing tests for Al plate samples were implemented. Feasibility of the cement based rapid prototyping of stamping die was verified. At the same time, defects of the die were analyzed. The corresponding die manufacturing plan and design optimization were put forward. The results can provide theoretical and experimental basis for the cement-based rapid prototyping die used for engineering.
