大数据时代创新应用OKR绩效管理模式的思考

【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化的加速发展和智能制造水平的迭代升级,企业面临着一系列变革和挑战。在互联网经济模式的影响下,各行各业加速了数字化变革,大数据时代传统绩效管理模式的不足与弊端逐渐显露,目标和关键成果法(OKR)绩效管理模式被越来越多地应用。对大数据时代OKR应用视角下的绩效管理模式进行分析,为企业提供参考。

【Abstract】 With the accelerated development of global economic integration and the iterative upgrading of intelligent manufacturing level, enterprises are facing a series of changes and challenges. Under the influence of the Internet economic model, the various walks of life have accelerated the digital transformation. In the era of big data, the shortcomings and disadvantages of the traditional performance management model have gradually revealed, and the objectives and key results(OKR) performance management model has been more and more applied. This paper analyzes the performance management model from the perspective of OKR application in the era of big data, so as to provide reference for enterprises.
