跨海大桥主墩承台大体积混凝土施工技术
Mass Concrete Construction Technology of the Main Pier Cap for Sea-crossing Bridge
【摘要】 结合平潭海峡公铁两用大桥元洪航道桥主塔墩承台施工,介绍跨海大桥大体积承台施工技术,包括钢吊箱围堰的施工和封底混凝土施工。为防止承台大体积混凝土施工过程中产生的水化热导致承台内部温度过高,引起有害裂缝,从混凝土配合比设计到混凝土施工采取多种措施控制大体积混凝土温度,包括混凝土原材料选择与控制、混凝土浇筑温度控制、混凝土养护以及承台温度监测,保证跨海大桥承台施工的顺利进行。
【Abstract】 Based on the main tower pier cap construction of Pingtan Strait Dual-purpose Bridge,the construction technology of large volume cap of sea-crossing bridge is introduced,including the production,transportation,docking and decentralization of steel box cofferdams and cofferdam construction.A series of measures from concrete mix proportion design to concrete construction are take to control mass concrete temperature,including concrete material selection and control,concrete mix proportion design,concrete pouring temperature control,concrete curing and cap temperature monitoring.Thus,pile cap construction of sea-crossing bridge is completed successfully.
