深圳机场T3航站楼混凝土强度控制技术
Concrete Strength Control of Terminal 3 in Shenzhen Airport
【摘要】 基于成熟度理论,提出现场简化权重成熟度测试方法,针对深圳机场T3航站楼C40混凝土建立强度预测公式,预测值/实测值的均值为1.01,变异系数为5.9%。对结构中18m跨度预应力大梁进行现场实时监测,基于温度发展利用上述公式获得不同部位混凝土强度发展曲线,为施加预应力及结构拆模提供定量依据。
【Abstract】 Variation the simplified weighted maturity method is performed based on the maturity concept.The C40 concrete strength predicted equation is established in Shenzhen Airport Terminal 3.The results show that the concrete compressive strengths can be predicted accurately,with the mean predicted-to-measured value of 1.01 and the coefficient of variation of 5.9%.The 18m-span prestressed girder is monitored on site.Based on above predicted equation,the strength development curves of different components of concrete are obtained,which can provide quantitative basis for prestressing and demolishing of the structure.
