水工全级配大体积混凝土抗渗特性的试验研究

【摘要】 将全级配大体积混凝土经湿筛除去骨料粒径大于40mm的颗粒后成型成小试件,通过测试其抗渗标号来评价大坝混凝土的抗渗性能,必然造成试验结果与大坝实际混凝土性质的差异。对全级配大体积混凝土抗渗特性的试验研究结果表明:全级配大体积混凝土的抗渗能力仅为湿筛小试件的15.1%~72.9%。显然用湿筛小试件混凝土的抗渗指标表征水工全级配大体积混凝土的抗渗特性是不真实的,高估了水工全级配大体积混凝土的抗渗能力。

【Abstract】 The impermeability obtained from testing the small specimens made of the Complete Grading aggregate concrete,of which the aggregates with the grain sizes over 40mm are removed by wet creening,would certainly fully-graded different from that of the Complete Grading aggregate concrete without wet creening.Tests of aggregate mass concrete indicate that its impermeability is only 15.1%~72.9% of that of the wet creened small speciments.Obviously,use of the impermeability index of the wet creened small speciment to represent that of the Complete Grading hydraulic mass concrete is unrealistic and its impermeability is overestimated.
