基于路谱的汽车关键零部件疲劳分析研究综述
A Review of Fatigue Analysis of Automotive Key Components based on Road Spectrum
【摘要】 本文总结了基于路谱的汽车关键零部件疲劳分析研究进展。分析流程主要分为六个部分:实车试验方法、试验数据处理、有限元建模、柔性多体建模、载荷谱提取和部件疲劳分析。归纳总结提取载荷谱的方法:Adams与Femfat Lab联合仿真的虚拟迭代法、低成本的约束加载法以及载荷谱编制法。并对名义应力法、应力应变法、临界面法等多种疲劳分析方法进行梳理与归纳总结。最后提出当下这一板块的研究难点,对进一步的研究方向进行讨论与评述,为汽车零部件疲劳分析板块的技术人员提供一定的指导与帮助。
【Abstract】 This article summarizes the research progress on fatigue analysis of key automotive components based on road spectrum.The analysis process is mainly divided into six parts:real vehicle test method,test data processing,finite element modeling,flexible multibody modeling,load spectrum extraction,and component fatigue analysis.Summarize and generalize the methods for extracting load spectra:virtual iteration method of joint simulation between Adams and Femfat Lab,low-cost constraint loading method,and load spectrum compilation method.And systematically review and summarize various fatigue analysis methods such as nominal stress method,stress-strain method,critical surface method,etc.Finally,the current research difficulties in this area are identified,and further research directions are discussed and evaluated to provide guidance and assistance for technical personnel in the fatigue analysis of automotive components.
