【摘要】 耕地资源是稀缺资源、战略资源,耕地非农化是当前耕地保护最大威胁之一.耕地资源非农化的核心问题是对耕地资源非农化价值理论认知的缺失,对耕地资源非农化微观过程和驱动机理等科学问题缺乏深入、系统研究.对耕地资源非农化过程与机理、耕地资源非农化价值评价及非农化价值损失补偿响应机制等方面进行文献综述,并对当前研究现状进行评价与讨论,从耕地资源非农化系统性框架理论、动态价值评价、内在机制与补偿决策体系等方面对今后的研究重点和方向提出思考和建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultivated land resource is a type of scarce and strategic resources,whereas the cultivated land conversion has become one of the most serious threats to cultivated land protection. The core problem for such phenomenon is the absence of understanding about the value theory associated with cultivated land conversion,and the lacking of deep and systematic study on the scientific questions such as the micro process and driving mechanism for cultivated land conversion. Based on this recognition,this paper presents a literature review about the studies on process and mechanism,value assessment,and value-loss compensation response mechanism for cultivated land conversion,and makes a critical discussion about current research on this topic. In addition,based on some thoughts about systematic framework theory,dynamic value assessment,inner mechanism,and compensation decision system,this paper suggests some research emphases and developing directions for future research.更多还原
