阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池非织造复合纤维隔板的开发及性能研究
Development and Performance Research of Nonwoven Composite Fiber Separator for Valve Regulated Lead Battery
【摘要】 为探究阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池非织造复合纤维隔板的性能指标,选取5种不同的纤维原料,通过湿法成网非织造方式将其按照一定的配比进行混纺,测试不同纤维含量对隔板物理性能的影响。结果发现:聚乙烯醇纤维复合隔板中拉伸强度最大值、最大孔径最小值及孔率最小值都低于普通玻璃纤维,其测试数据依次为0.46 kN/m、13.18μm、90.76%;聚丙烯纤维复合隔板中拉伸强度最大值、最大孔径最小值都低于普通玻璃纤维,其测试数据依次为0.446 kN/m、13.33μm;聚丙烯腈纤维复合隔板中拉伸强度最大值、最大孔径最小值及电阻最小值都低于普通玻璃纤维,其测试数据依次为0.368 kN/m、19.79μm、2×10-3Ω;木棉纤维复合纤维隔板中拉伸强度最大值、最大孔径最小值及电阻最小值都低于普通玻璃纤维,其测试数据依次为0.418 kN/m、13.78μm、2.6×10-3Ω;双组分涤纶纤维复合隔板物理性能优于其他复合纤维隔板,纤维含量为1.5 g的2D×10 mm双组分涤纶纤维与8.5 g的34°SR超细玻璃纤维棉制作的新型复合纤维隔板PG-2性能较好,其标准都超过纯玻璃纤维隔板的性能。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the performance index of nonwoven composite fiber separator of valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery, five different fiber raw materials were selected and blended according to a certain ratio by wet web nonwoven, and the influence of different fiber content on the physical properties of the separator was tested. The test results showed that the maximum tensile strength, minimum maximum pore size and minimum pore ratio of polyvinyl alcohol fiber composite separator were lower than those of ordinary glass fiber, and the test data were 0.46 kN/m, 13.18 μm and 90.76% respectively. The maximum tensile strength and minimum maximum pore size of the polypropylene fiber composite separator were lower than those of ordinary glass fiber, and the test data were 0.446 kN/m and 13.33 μm. The maximum tensile strength, minimum maximum pore size and minimum resistance of polyacrylonitrile fiber composite separator were lower than those of ordinary glass fiber, and the test data were 0.368 kN/m, 19.79 μm, and 2×10-3 Ω. The maximum tensile strength, minimum maximum pore size and minimum resistance values of kapok fiber composite separator were lower than those of ordinary glass fiber, and the test data were 0.418 kN/m, 13.78 μm, 2.6×10-3 Ω. The physical properties of two-component polyester fiber composite separator were better than other composite fiber partitions, and the new composite fiber partition PG-2 made of 2D×10 mm two-component polyester fiber and 8.5 g 34°SR ultrafine glass fiber cotton with a fiber content of 1.5 g had better performance, and its standards exceeded the performance of pure glass fiber separator.
