【摘要】 围绕水力发电企业设备现场运行及维护保养,通过将现场监测与分析软件与ERP系统进行一体化集成,利用ERP系统设备管理(PM)模块的基础数据、运行管理、检修管理、安全管理等业务与项目管理、物资管理和财务管理的无缝集成,实现水电设备相关业务协同管理,规范设备运行维护业务流程。从现场监测系统到终端应用的多层系统架构集成设计,探索水电企业的智慧化工厂管理中的设备管理实践。本文结合我国水电企业设备管理的实际情况,以国家能源集团水电板块为主要研究对象,现就如何利用信息化手段来提高水电企业设备管理水平进行分析论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Focusing on the on-site operation and maintenance of hydropower equipment,with the integration of on-site monitoring and analysis software and ERP system,using the seamless integration of basic data,operation management, maintenance management and safety management, etc. of equipment management(PM) module of ERP system with project management,material management and financial management to realize collaborative management of hydropower equipment related business, thus to standardize the business process of equipment operation and maintenance. From on-site monitoring system to multi-layer system architecture integration design applied in terminal,this article explores the practical application of equipment management in smart chemical plant management of hydropower enterprises. Combined with the actual situation of equipment management of hydropower enterprises in China,taking hydropower sector of CHN Energy as the main research object,this article analyzes and discusses how to use informatization means to improve the equipment management level of hydropower enterprises.更多还原
