基于漏磁检测方法的储油罐底板缺陷研究

【摘要】 为了实现储油罐底部缺陷部分的漏磁检测,达到预防和解决储罐安全问题的目的,本文基于漏磁检测基础原理进行漏磁检测研究,对漏磁检测技术中正反演问题进行分析,确定储油罐底腐蚀缺陷检测流程,对缺陷进行仿真研究,设计储油罐底部缺陷漏磁检测装置,构建二维模型与匹配传感器,完成漏磁检测装置设计。建立模型并通过软件进行有限元计算,研究不同缺陷条件下对漏磁信号曲线的影响,探究漏磁信号曲线与不同缺陷条件间的联系,以达到磁化装置的优化设计。

【Abstract】 In order to realize the magnetic flux leakage detection of the defective part at the bottom of the oil storage tank, and achieve the purpose of preventing and solving the safety problem of the storage tank, based on the basic principle of magnetic flux leakage detection, this paper studies the forward and inversion problems in magnetic flux leakage detection technology, determines the corrosion defect detection process at the bottom of the oil storage tank, simulates the defects, designs the magnetic flux leakage detection device for defects at the bottom of the oil storage tank, constructs a two-dimensional model and matching sensor, and completes the design of the magnetic flux leakage detection device. The model is established and the finite element calculation is carried out through the software, the influence of different defect conditions on the magnetic flux leakage signal curve is studied, and the relationship between the magnetic flux leakage signal curve and different defect conditions is explored to achieve the optimal design of the magnetizing device.
