【摘要】 日本同周边国家的领土之争导致其内外交困,日本政府企图通过"购岛"扭转被动,提升支持率,配合美国,创造实际控制的法理新案例。中国必须及时调整自身的战略和对策,对东海问题和南海问题统筹安排,并给予坚决有力的反制。要放弃维持现状的承诺,向有利于改变现状的方向推进,进一步加强对钓鱼岛的巡航执法,对自身的海洋管理部门加强统合,加大对钓鱼岛维权执法的力度,进行全面或部分政治、经济、军事、文化领域的反制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Japan’s territorial disputes with neighboring countries caused itself to be beset with troubles domestically and externally.Japanese government attempted to turn the situation around,win more support and increase cooperation with the US by "buying" the Diaoyu Islands,and with which,to create a new international law case regarding occupancy of disputed territory by actual control.China must promptly adjust its strategies and measures,make overall planning and arrangements for the East China Sea issue and the South China Sea issue,and strike back resolutely and forcefully.To be specific,China should renounce the promise to maintain the status quo;advance toward a direction conducive to bringing about changes;further increase ocean surveillance ship cruising around the Diaoyu Islands;intensify the integration of marine management departments;step up law enforcement and sovereignty protection efforts toward the Diaoyu Islands;and take countermeasures in all or part of the areas that include politics,economy,military,and culture.更多还原
