【Abstract】 From the perspective of domestic governance, local rule of law belongs to the category of inward-looking governance with local characteristics.However,as the "21 st century maritime silk road" strategic fulcrum and pilot zone,Quanzhou’s local rule of law has become international, belonging to the scope of outward-looking governance.In the Song and Yuan dynasty,Quanzhou port,as a major foreign trade port,accumulated a lot of governance experience in the historical process, which can be taken as an important resource of regional rule of law today.In today’s "One Belt and One Road" initiative,Quanzhou has once again become a modern international economic and trade hub connecting ancient and modern China to foreign countries.In the study of the rule of law in Quanzhou,interpret the subject from the perspective of internationality and extraversion,and from the historical experience of Quanzhou port.更多还原
