【摘要】 目的:探讨大肠癌的临床治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析2008年至2011年我院收治的31例大肠癌患者的临床资料。结果:术前误诊7例,临床治愈23例,出现吻合口瘘2例,死亡3例,自动出院3例。结论:大肠癌术前发生误诊主要是患者表现不典型,医务人员检查不全面。减少误诊的方法是提高对大肠癌的认识。大多数患者可行一期根治性切除吻合术;对老年且有梗阻的患者,应慎重选择一期切除吻合;一般情况下,相对不良者宜行二期手术或一期切除,然后再行肠造口术。更多还原
