【摘要】 全球性问题之间日益紧密的关联性需要运用复合全球治理的思维，包括复合全球治理价值观和复合全球治理机制。气候变化与生物多样性丧失两大危机具有高度关联性，《联合国气候变化框架公约》和《生物多样性保护公约》两大机制已经产生了互动，但程度有限。未来应该加强两大机制间的联合研究和融资合作，同时增强联合传播，提升公众对两大危机的认识。中国通过提出“双碳”目标已经表明应对气候变化的决心，同时通过多种措施促进气候治理和生物多样性保护的融合，为两大危机的复合治理做出贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 The increasing interconnectedness of global issues requires the application of the thinking of compound global governance, including both values and mechanisms. The two crises of climate change and loss of biodiversity are highly interrelated. The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC) and the Convention on the Conservation of Biological Diversity(CBD) have interacted, but only to a limited extent. In the future, joint research and financing cooperation between the two mechanisms should be strengthened, and joint communication should be enhanced to raise the public awareness about the two crises. China has demonstrated its commitment to address climate change by proposing the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” target. In the meantime, it has promoted the integration of climate governance and biodiversity conservation through a variety of measures, contributing to the compound governance of the two crises.更多还原
