Abaqus二次开发在复合材料夹芯力学性能中的应用
Application of Abaqus secondary development in mechanical properties of composite sandwich
【摘要】 复合材料夹芯板兼备轻量化、多功能化等优点是很有前景的轻质结构。针对复合材料夹芯板有限元模型建模复杂,新的芯子结构进行新的二次开发导致建模效率低下的问题,基于Python语言对Abaqus的前处理模块进行二次开发,建立参数化建模的交互式界面,构建适用于任意芯子的复合材料夹芯板力学仿真模型,达到芯子结构设计与其力学性能分析快速响应的目的。通过算例对格栅夹芯板、点阵夹芯板两种典型的夹芯结构进行力学仿真分析,验证二次开发的可行性。
【Abstract】 The composite sandwich panel has the advantages of lightweight and multi-function, and is considered to be the most promising lightweight structure. In view of the complex modeling of composite sandwich panel finite element model and the low modeling efficiency caused by the new secondary development of new core structure, the pre-processing module of Abaqus is redeveloped based on Python language, the interactive interface of parametric modeling is established, the mechanical simulation model of composite sandwich panel is constructed, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid response of core structure design and mechanical property analysis. Finally, the mechanical simulation analysis of two typical sandwich structures such as grid sandwich panel and lattice sandwich panel is carried out through an example to verify the feasibility of secondary development.
