成品退火温度对3105铝合金组织及力学性能的影响
Effect of annealing temperature on microstructure and properties of 3105 aluminum alloy
【摘要】 为探究成品退火温度对铸轧坯料生产的3105铝合金冷轧板组织及力学性能的影响,通过拉伸机、光学显微镜、XRD、EPMA等检测设备及手段,探讨了不同温度退火后合金的力学性能、偏光组织、物相、析出相形貌及成分。结果表明:成品退火温度为320℃~400℃时,3105铝合金冷轧板的力学性能变化趋于稳定,抗拉强度为160 MPa~185 MPa,伸长率为13%~15%;成品退火温度为400℃~420℃时,合金的抗拉强度随温度升高而急剧下降,晶粒长大。3105铝合金物相以MnAl6相为主。为了避免Fe溶入MnAl6相形成(FeMn)Al6粗大片状聚集物,应将退火温度控制在400℃以下,w(Fe)控制在0.23%~0.35%。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the effect of annealing temperature of finished products on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 3105 aluminum alloy cold-rolled sheet produced by cast-rolled billet, the mechanical properties, polarized structure, phase, morphology and composition of precipitated phase of the alloy annealed at different temperatures were studied by means of tensile machine, optical microscope, XRD, EPMA and other testing equipment and means. The results show that when the annealing temperature of the finished product is 320~400 ℃, the mechanical properties of 3105 aluminum alloy cold rolled sheet tend to be stable, the tensile strength is 160~185 MPa, and the elongation is 13%~15%; When the annealing temperature of the finished product is 400~420 ℃, the tensile strength of the alloy decreases sharply with the increase of temperature, and the grain grows. The phase of 3105 aluminum alloy is mainly MnAl6 phase. In order to avoid the formation of(FeMn) Al6 coarse aggregates when Fe dissolves into MnAl6 phase, the annealing temperature shall be controlled below 400 ℃ and w(Fe) is controlled within 0.23%~0.35%.
