高性能醇溶性复膜胶的研制
Preparation of Alcohol-soluble Laminating Adhesive with High Performance
【摘要】 以乙醇为溶剂 ,采用一次加料法合成了醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸 2 -乙基己酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸四元共聚物 ;考察了溶剂、单体浓度、引发剂种类和用量、反应温度及共聚单体配比对聚合反应的影响。确定了合成醇溶性复膜胶基料的较佳反应条件 :聚合单体的配比是醋酸乙烯酯 /丙烯酸 2 -乙基己酯 /丙烯酸丁酯 /丙烯酸为 1 0 0 / 1 0 / 1 0 / 3,引发剂的质量分数为 0 .4% ,反应温度 77℃ ,反应时间 7h,此条件下的产品收率达 95 %以上。
【Abstract】 The tetra coplymer of 2 ethylhexyl acrylate , butyl acrylate, vinyl acetate and acrylic acid was synthesized using ethanol as solvent by one pot method. The effects of the types of solvent, the concentration of monomers, the types and amoumts of initiator, the reacting temperature,and the ratio of monomers on the polymeration were discussed.The optimum conditions for synthesizing alcohol soluble laminating adhesive were obtained as following:the mass ratio of vinyl acetate∶2 ethylhexyl acrylate∶butyl acrylate∶acrylic acid=100∶10∶10∶3,the mass percentage of initiator 0.4 %,reaction temperature 77 ℃,reaction time 7 h.Under above conditions,the yield of product was over 95 %.
