智能视觉技术在汽车内饰生产中的应用
Application of Intelligent Vision System in Automotive Interiors Production
【摘要】 主要阐述二维视觉镜头的技术参数及其相互之间计算关系、视觉系统纠偏工作原理、如何选择视觉镜头的各项技术参数、智能视觉装置构成及图像数据转化的逻辑控制关系。结合视觉技术应用特点和汽车内饰生产的实际需求自主开发各类智能化装置,如智能视觉检测装置、视觉辅助纠偏的自动化装置等,与传统人工作业相比提升了检测作业和自动化装置执行功能的精准性。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly describes the technical parameters of the two-dimensional vision lens and their mutual calculation correlation, the working principle of the vision system correction, how to choose the technical parameters of the vision lens, and the composition of the intelligent vision device and the logical control correlation of image data conversion. Based on the application features of vision technology and the actual demand of automotive interiors production, various intelligent devices are developed independently, such as intelligent visual inspection device, automatic visual-assisted correction device, etc., which can improve the accuracy of inspection operations and execution of automation device compared with the traditional manual operations.
