【摘要】 目的探讨化疗药物对卵巢癌患者血糖升高的影响。方法回顾性分析2005年1月-2010年10月在河北联合大学附属医院妇科住院236例卵巢癌(化疗前合并糖尿病者除外)患者化疗前后的血糖检测结果及影响因素。结果化疗后18例患者空腹血糖升高(7.63%),其中明确诊断为糖尿病4例(1.69%)。紫杉醇类药物对血糖的影响明显高于其他药物化疗,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌患者接受化疗药物后可能发生血糖异常,甚至发生糖耐量减低或糖尿病,应加强监测,及时处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of chemotherapeutics effect on blood glucose in patients with ovarian carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 236 patients wit ovarian carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. The influence of chemotherapy on blood glucose was observed. Results The incidence of hyperglycemia of the patients with ovarian carcinoma after chemotherapy was 7. 63%( n = 18 cases),4 cases were diagnosed as diabetes among them. The effect of chemotherapy with paclitaxel on blood glucose was obviously higher than that of the other chemotherapy drug,there is significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Chemotherapeutics might interfere with glucose metabolism. It is necessarily monitored blood glucose in patients with ovarian carcinoma with chemotherapy.更多还原
