【摘要】 农业4.0是指以网络化、大数据、人工智能、机器人等技术为支撑和手段的一种高度集约、高度精准、高度智能、高度协同、高度生态的现代农业形态。德国通过提出并发展农业4.0,实现了本国农业的高产、优质、生态和可持续发展。目前,中国农业面临土地资源趋紧、劳动力老龄化、农业生态环境压力加剧等突出问题,迫使农业各项技术、生产经营方式、产业功能等创新转变,利用国家实施"互联网+"农业行动的契机,推进中国农业向现代化农业迈进。对此,基于对德国农业资源禀赋以及农业4.0发展现状及特点的分析,从加大农业智能化全面建设、重视农业技术推广与培训、加快农产品品牌培育、发展生态农业等4个方面,得出德国农业4.0对中国农业发展和转型升级的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agriculture 4.0 is a highly intensive, accurate, intelligent, cooperative and ecological modern agricultural pattern which supported by networking, big data, artificial intelligence, robotics and other technologies. Agriculture in Germany has achieved high yield, high quality, ecology and sustainable development by proposing and developing agriculture 4.0. At present, there are so many agricultural problems in China, such as tight land resources, labor aging, agricultural ecological environment pressure increasing, which forces agriculture to change the agriculture technologies, the production and management mode, and the industrial function. There is an opportunity to push forward agricultural development towards modern agriculture by enhancing the national plan of Internet Plus agriculture action. Therefore, based on the analysis on the endowment of agricultural resources in Germany and the status quo and characteristics of agriculture 4.0 development, the enlightenment of German agriculture 4.0 to China’s agricultural development and transformation and upgrading was put forward from four aspects: increasing the overall construction of agricultural intelligence, attaching importance to the promotion and training of agricultural technology,accelerating the cultivation of agricultural products brands, and developing ecological agriculture.更多还原
