【Abstract】 Biomass energy is a hot topic in the energy sources and eco- environment fields. The category of biomass energy resources is summarized in the paper. Some common preparation methods of biomass energy and their characterizations are introduced and pointed out that the development of biomass in the status and trends at home and abroad.
