切顶高度自调的甜菜切顶装置关键参数分析

【摘要】 依据甜菜青顶的切削原理及切削标准,设计了甜菜切顶装置的结构。推导了仿形器与切刀的位移方程,从理论上证实了切顶装置可以实现甜菜切顶高度的自动调节。建立了切顶装置的虚拟样机并分析了关键参数对甜菜切顶高度的影响,如安装高度、切刀安装角度、仿形器与切刀距离、杆长、压簧刚度、切削刃倾角和仿形器曲线。优化了甜菜切顶装置的结构与参数,进行了甜菜切顶试验,结果表明:切顶装置可以实现甜菜切顶高度的自动调节,并能取得甜菜切顶高度的最优值。

【Abstract】 The structure of beet top cutting device was designed according to cutting principle and standard of beet green top. The displacement equation of the profiler and the cutter were deduced,which proved theoretically that the top cutting device can realize the automatic adjustment of beet top cutting height. The virtual prototype of the top cutting device was established, and the influence of key parameters on the top cutting height of sugar beet were analyzed, such as the installation height, the installation angle of the cutter, the distance between the profiler and the cutter, the rod length, the spring stiffness, the cutting edge inclination angle, and the curve of the profiler. The structure and parameters of the beet top cutting device were optimized, and the beet top cutting experiment was carried out. The results showed that the device can realize the automatic adjustment of beet top cutting height and obtain the optimal value of beet top cutting height.
