【Abstract】 Is there an appearance of criminal personality? This is a problem being discussed in science of penal law. The solution of problem is decided by two premises,criminal definition on criminology and criminal reasons. Criminal personality is an existence of lawful concept at last,based on theories that criminal definition on criminology should keep up with criminal law and drawback of personality is a variable factor in criminal reasons. The valuable of criminal personality on science of penal law is that the concept shows that serious drawback of personality is a capital reason in some crimes and points out the direction for criminal prevention.更多还原
