【摘要】 东突厥被灭后,一大批突厥人归附唐朝。唐太宗和大臣们分别在贞观四年、十三年和十八年就如何安置突厥问题展开过三次大讨论,由于大臣们在观察民族问题及民族关系的角度、对唐与突厥关系发展趋势预测、对改造突厥结果评估以及个人经历等方面存在一定差异,所以各有不同的设计方案。在第一次争鸣高潮中,安置地点和管理方式成了三派争论的焦点。在第二次大讨论中,争论的焦点是突厥能否对唐朝造成危害这一核心问题。第三次大讨论,主要是内地派、河套派及河北派等三派与唐太宗之间的思想交锋。许多大臣在三次讨论中,比较系统地阐述了自己的思想观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the East Turkic came to the end,a large number of Turkic submit to the Tang.The emperor Tang Taizong and his officials of the court discussed three times how to settle the Turkic in the fourth,thirteenth and eighteenth year of Zhenguan.Because of the differences of the angle of surveying the ethnic problems and relationship,prediction to the trend of relationship between the Tang and Turkic,estimation to the reconstruction of the Turkic,and personal experience,they have different solutions.The first discussion focused on the settling place and the management mode;the second on the problem if the Turkic were danger to the Tang.In the third discussion,the emperor had a vigorous argument with his official who argued to settle the Turkic to the interior,Hetao or Hebei area.Many officials expounded their thoughts systematically in three discussions.更多还原
