旗山煤矿深部开采通风系统设计与优化研究
The design and optimization of deep mining ventilation system for QiShan coal mine
【摘要】 旗山煤矿生产将逐步转入-850m水平以下区域为主的采区进行,矿井需风量将大幅度增加,势必会带来矿井通风阻力、井巷风阻的进一步增加;随之带来矿井回风不畅、部分地段风速高甚至超限、用风地点进回风路线变长、风网结构复杂化、风量调配困难等一系列的安全问题。旗山煤矿通过对通风系统的优化改造,科学合理的调整生产采掘布局,有效地解决了上述问题。
【Abstract】 QiShan coal,Mine production will be gradually transferred to the Region-based mining areas which is below the level of-850m,the air volume mine required will increase significantly,It is bound to bring a further increase in air resistance and mine ventilation resistance;What is following is the mine with Poor air return,Part of lots of high wind speed even ultra limits,Into the air and return air routes become Longer in place with the wind,The wind structure of complex networks,Deployment of air flow problems and a series of security problems.The QiShan coal mine Through the optimization and reconstruction of ventilation system and Adjust production mining layout Scientifically and Reasonable,These issues have been resolved effectively.
