船舶四冲程柴油机排放控制技术研究

【摘要】 针对日益严苛的船舶废气排放法规,在剖析船舶四冲程柴油机排放控制技术问题的基础上,从抗硫催化材料、燃润料管控、监控诊断反馈等方面提出创新对策。研究表明,高比表面活性组分改性、燃油乳化脱硫、高速高精度传感等技术的集成应用,可显著提升船舶柴油机排放系统的净化效率、耐久性与实时性,为实现超低排放提供有力保障。

【Abstract】 In view of the increasingly stringent ship exhaust emission regulations, this paper analyzes the emission control technology problems of ship four-stroke diesel engines, and puts forward innovative countermeasures from the aspects of anti-sulfur catalytic materials, fuel moisturizing material control, monitoring and diagnosis feedback. The research shows that the integrated application of technologies such as high specific surface active component modification,fuel emulsion desulfurization, and high-speed and high-precision sensing can significantly improve the purification efficiency, durability and real-time performance of the marine diesel engine emission system, and provide a strong guarantee for the realization of ultra-low emissions.
