基于MoldFlow与均匀试验设计的汽车前照灯灯罩注射工艺参数优化

【摘要】 将汽车前照灯灯罩的翘曲变形量作为研究对象,利用SolidWorks软件创建该灯罩的三维模型,使用MoldFlow软件模拟该塑件实际生产时的注射过程。通过均匀试验设计法得到模流分析结果的全部数据并进行回归分析,获得熔体温度、保压压力、保压时间、注射压力、注射时间和冷却时间6个因素在研究范围内对汽车前照灯塑件翘曲变形量的影响显著性。最后,通过Matlab软件结合遗传算法得出最优解,最终确定各试验的最佳工艺参数组合和最小的翘曲变形量,为该部件的实际生产提供理论指导。

【Abstract】 Taking the warping deformation of automobile headlamp shade as the research object,SolidWorks software was used to create a 3D model, and MoldFlow software was used to simulate the injection molding process of the plastic parts in actual production. The uniform experimental design method was used to obtain all the data of the mold flow analysis results, and the regression analysis was carried out to obtain the significant influence of melt temperature, pressure holding,pressure holding time, injection pressure, injection time and cooling time on the warping deformation of automotive headlamp plastic parts within the study range. Finally, the regression equation of warping deformation is determined by Matlab software, and the optimal solution is obtained by combining with genetic algorithm, so as to determine the optimal combination of process parameters and the minimum warping deformation of each laboratory factor, which provides theoretical guidance for the actual production of this part.
