【摘要】 目的:观察自拟滋肾益冲汤治疗围绝经期月经后期、量少的临床疗效,为本病中医药临床治疗选药提供借鉴。方法:采用自拟滋肾益冲汤随症加减治疗围绝经期月经后期、量少证属肾阴虚型患者32例。结果:痊愈11例,显效14例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率96.88%。结论:滋肾益冲汤具滋肾填精,益阴养血,调补冲任之效,可调节月经,避免过早绝经,并能显著改善围绝经期各相关症状,提高围绝经期女性生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of "ZishenYichong decoction" treat the delayed menstrual cycle,scanty menstruation during the Peirmenopausal period,and provide for treatment methods of TCM.Methods:Using"ZishenYichong decoction"and modificating according to symptoms to treat 32 cases of the Kidney-Yin deficiency patients of the delayed menstrual cycle,scanty menstruation during the Peirmenopausal period.Results:Cured 11 cases,14 cases had marked effect,6 cases had effective effect,1 case was invalid,The total effective rate was 96.88%.Conclusion:"ZishenYichong decoction"has the effectiveness of nourish Kidney-Essence,Yin and benefit Blood,it can regulate and invigorate Chong and Ren channels,and can regulate menstruation,prevent premature menopause,it also has an obvious effect on improving the relevant symptoms and the quality of Perimenopausal women′s life.更多还原
