【摘要】 随着重症医学发展，危重症患者存活率提高，ICU获得性衰弱(ICU-AW)成为研究热点，其影响患者功能状态与生活质量，对其研究有重要临床和社会价值，故此次综述旨在介绍ICU获得性衰弱的基本概念、流行病学、诊断方法、临床表现、危险因素、影响因素等，总结ICU获得性衰弱早期预防方法，为临床护理实践提供理论依据，以降低ICU-AW发生率，推动该领域持续进步。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of critical medicine, the survival rate of critical illness patients improve, ICU acquired weakness(ICU-AW) become a research hotspot, its influence on patient functional status and quality of life, and has important clinical and social value, so the review aims to introduce the basic concepts of ICU acquired weakness, epidemiology, diagnostic methods, clinical performance, risk factors, influencing factors, etc, summarizes the early prevention method of ICU acquired weakness, to provide theoretical basis for clinical nursing practice, to reduce the incidence of ICU-AW,and promote continuous progress in the field.更多还原
