【摘要】 我国大学科技园建设有赖于完善的风险投资体系的支撑。在分析、借鉴风险投资在硅谷发展中所起作用的基础上 ,重点指出了在我国发展风险投资过程中存在风险资本供给不足、缺乏退出机制、没有真正意义上的风险投资家等诸多障碍因素 ,进而提出了“民投国营”、拓宽风险资本退出途径、培育自己的风险投资家等应对措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The building of university science and technology park depends on the support of perfect system about Venture Capital.Based on the analysis and reference of the use of Venture Capital during the development of Silicon Valley,this paper points out several obstacle factors emphatically during developing the venture capital in my country:the supply of venture capital is insufficient;the system of withdrawing from is short;the real venture capitalist doesn’t exist.And then puts forward the relevant suggestions:"the people invest and the country manages";widen the withdrawing way of venture capital and cultivate venture capitalist of our own.更多还原
