【摘要】 目的 :探讨逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法 :从 1999年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月以闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折 39例。结果 :获得随访 33例 ,随访时间最长 2 0个月 ,最短 4个月 ,平均 7个月 ,骨折平均愈合时间 3个月 ,根据Neer膝关节功能评定优 19例 ,良 10例 ,优良率 87.9% ,可 4例 ( 12 .1% ) ,无术后感染及内固定断裂。结论 :采用闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉能提供坚强内固定 ,手术时间短 ,出血少 ,创伤小 ,有利于骨折的愈合和膝关节功能的恢复 ,是治疗股骨远端骨折的理想方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails on distal femoral fractures.Methods:From January 1999 to December 2001 39 cases of distal femoral fractures were treated with retrograde placement of interlocking intramedully nails and close reduction.Results:33 cases were followed up for 4～20 months averaging 7 months, The average time of bone healing was 3 months , The functional scores on Neer’s:19 excellent and 10 good, with an excellence rate of 87.9%; 4 fair accounting for 12.1% ,There was no implant breakage and infection.Conclusion:It is a good way with retrograde intramedullary nail and close reduction to treat the distal femoral fracture. It can provide a stable and reliable fixation,less operative time, Less blood loss, and minimal disruption of the blood supply in the fracture site. It is conductive to the fracture healing and the functional recovery of the knee joint and worthwhile to be recommended.更多还原
