管理者认知与企业绩效关系研究——基于双元创新的中介作用
Research on the Relationship between Managers’ Cognition and Enterprise Performance:Based on the Mediating Effect of Ambidextrous Innovation
【摘要】 通过对管理者认知、双元创新以及企业绩效等相关理论和文献的回顾和梳理,以"认知→行为→绩效"为研究范式,探讨管理者认知、双元创新与企业绩效三者之间的影响机制并提出相应理论模型。以江浙沪地区企业为研究样本,运用SPSS和AMOS计量分析软件进行实证检验,研究表明:管理者认知对企业绩效存在显著正向影响;管理者认知对探索式创新和利用式创新均存在显著正向影响;探索式创新和利用式创新对企业绩效均存在显著正向影响,并且探索式创新的影响效果要明显大于利用式创新;管理者认知可以通过探索式创新和利用式创新两条路径影响企业绩效;双元创新的平衡效应和互补效应均能显著影响企业绩效且双元创新的平衡效应与企业绩效之间存在一定的倒U型关系。
【Abstract】 This paper reviews and sorts out relevant theories and literature on managers’ cognition, ambidextrous innovation, and enterprise performance. Taking “cognition-behavior-performance” as the research paradigm, this paper discusses the influencing mechanism among managers’ cognition, ambidextrous innovation and enterprise performance, and proposes corresponding theoretical models. Taking enterprises in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai as the research samples, and using SPSS and AMOS measurement software to conduct empirical tests, the research results show that: managers’ cognition has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance; managers’ cognition has a significant positive impact on both exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation; both exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation have a significant positive impact on enterprise performance, and the impact of exploratory innovation is significantly greater than that of exploitative innovation; managers’ cognition can influence enterprise performance through two paths: exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation; both the balance effect and the complementary effect of ambidextrous innovation can significantly affect enterprise performance, and there is a certain inverted U-shaped relationship between the balance effect of ambidextrous innovation and enterprise performance.
