临床医学“5+3”一体化专业本科阶段基础导师科研带教的实践探究
The Basic Tutor Teaching Practice of Clinic Medicine (5+3 Integration) During the Undergraduate Stage
【摘要】 培养医学人才不能局限于教授理论知识和临床技能,还应注重培养学生的科研思维能力。临床医学“5+3”一体化专业旨在培养具备扎实的医学专业知识和临床技能,同时具有创新意识和能力的高素质临床医师。教育部明确提出科研素质和能力训练要贯穿各个教学阶段。该文从临床医学“5+3”一体化专业学生本科阶段基础导师视角出发,一方面依托早期接触科研训练计划项目,培养临床医学“5+3”一体化专业学生综合运用所学理论知识和技能解决实际问题的能力;另一方面,以项目制开展带教研究,实施教学实践,从发挥导师主观能动性、多举措激发学生科研兴趣、因材施教三个方面总结培养心得与体会。
【Abstract】 Training medical talents should not only be limited to teach theoretical knowledge and clinical skills,but also pay attention to train scientific research thinking ability. The clinic medicine(5+3 integration) specialty aims to cultivate high-quality clinicians with solid medical professional knowledge and clinical skills, as well as innovative consciousness and ability. The Ministry of Education clearly put forward that the training of scientific research quality and ability should run through each teaching stage. This paper is from the perspective of basic tutors for undergraduate students majoring in clinic medicine(5+3 integration). On the one hand, based on early scientific research training programs, the ability of clinic medicine(5+3 integration) students to comprehensively apply the theories, knowledge and skills to solve practical problems is cultivated. On the other hand, it carries out teaching research with the project system, implements teaching practice, and summarizes the training experience and experience from three aspects: the tutor’s subjective initiative, multiple measures to stimulate students’ interest in scientific research and individualized teaching.
