【摘要】 紧张、恐慌、焦虑、失眠是新冠肺炎疫情发生以来突出的心理健康问题,心理危机干预和疏导工作的重要性、迫切性日益凸显。二级学院作为落实学生思想政治教育与管理的一线单位,应在学校党委的领导下,谋划好大学生心理健康教育工作。本文从激发学生内生力角度,提出强化思想引领、提高心理承受力;以主题活动为载体,普及心理学知识;建设专业队伍,提升心理育人成效;搭建育人联盟,织密危机防护网四个方面及一线工作经验,以一名二级学院心理辅导员的视角阐述如何守好责任田,做好大学生心理健康教育工作。更多还原
