【Abstract】 Based on the successful experience of Taobao management mode, this paper discusses and analyzes the shortcomings of project management mode under the current background in China, and puts forward the development countermeasures of project management mode based on Taobao management mode, which is to introduce the third-party information platform under the macro-control of the government, standardize the project management mode, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China’s construction market.更多还原
