大跨度梁中开洞施工技术研究

【摘要】 高层建筑施工中采用梁中开洞的方式,可便于机电暖通管道的敷设及降低建筑层高。但是在大跨度梁中预设多个大尺寸矩形洞口,对于洞口钢筋布置、模板设置提出了新的要求,而目前尚无针对钢筋混凝土开洞梁钢筋配置的明确设计规范。由于洞口位置受力复杂,钢筋配置密集,施工困难,因此,结合苏州启迪设计大厦项目,利用有限元软件Abaqus针对大跨度开洞梁钢筋进行数值模拟。结果表明,在开洞部位钢筋加密,可以有效抵抗洞口剪力集中及挠度变形的影响。同时,在施工上创新性地采用洞口预制木盒技术,形成梁中内模板,有效提高了开洞部位的浇筑成形效果,并在方木盒内安装PVC管,避免了开洞部位底部因常规浇筑工艺难以振捣密实带来的空洞等质量问题,可为同类工程提供参考。

【Abstract】 In high-rise building construction, creating openings in beams facilitates the installation of HVAC ducts and reduces building floor height. When multiple large rectangular openings are pre-set in large span beams, new requirements are imposed on reinforcement arrangement and formwork setup. Currently, no clear design standards exist for reinforcement configuration in reinforced concrete beams with openings. Due to complex stress conditions at the openings and dense reinforcement, construction becomes challenging. Based on the Suzhou Qidi Design Building project, numerical simulations of reinforcement in large span beams with openings are conducted using the finite element software Abaqus. Results indicate that densified reinforcement around openings effectively resists shear concentration and deflection deformation.Furthermore, an innovative prefabricated wooden box technique for openings is introduced in construction, forming internal formwork in beams and enhancing concrete forming quality at the openings. PVC pipes installed within the wooden boxes prevent voids and other quality issues caused by inadequate compaction in conventional pouring processes. These methods offer practical references for similar engineering projects.
