【摘要】 本文从河北经贸大学信息管理与信息系统专业的发展历史和建设现状出发,立足学校的财经特色和应用型人才培养定位,借鉴国内外高等教育在CDIO方面的有益研究成果和教学改革实践,主要从人才培养目标定位、能力模型构建、课程体系优化、师资队伍知识更新、专业细分培养方向和实践能力强化六个方面进行培养模式方面的教学改革和研究实践。该研究成果对信管专业迎合时代要求在未来能够创新发展具有积极的理论意义和应用价值,为国内普通高校进行基于CDIO的人才培养模式改革和应用实践提供理论指导和应用借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting from the development history and current situation of information management and information system major in Hebei University of Economics and Business, this paper, based on the financial and economic characteristics of the university and the orientation of applied talent cultivation, draws lessons from the beneficial research results and teaching reform practices of higher education in CDIO at home and abroad, mainly focuses on the teaching reformation and research practice of training mode in six aspects: talent cultivation objective, construction of capability model, optimization of course system, renew knowledge of teaching staff, directions of major subdivision and enhancement of practical ability. The research results have positive theoretical significance and application value for the innovation development of information management major to meet the requirements of the times in the future, and provide theoretical guidance and application reference for the reformation and application of talent training mode based on CDIO in domestic colleges and universities.更多还原
