【摘要】 高等职业院校教师能力与教师个人绩效、(学校)组织绩效的关系表现为教师能力实现个人绩效或(学校)组织绩效。教师能力在形成绩效过程中需要以中介要素为支撑,并受到一些主要能力和保持要素的制约。教师个人绩效是实现(学校)组织绩效的基础,(学校)组织绩效为实现教师个人绩效提供引导,教师能力则是实现个人绩效和(学校)组织绩效的载体。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship between the teachers’ ability,individual performance and organizational(school) performance in higher vocational colleges shows that the teachers’ ability can be achieved by the individual performance or organizational(school) performance.The teachers’ ability needs the support from intermediary elements in the performance-forming process and is restricted by some key capabilities and maintained elements.The teachers’ individual performance is the basis to realize the organizational(school) performance,the organizational(school) performance can provide guidance for realizing the teachers’ individual performance and the teachers’ ability is a carrier to achieve the individual performance and the organizational(school) performance.更多还原
