一种辅助上下楼梯电动座椅的设计

【摘要】 针对行动不便的人上下楼梯的问题,设计了一种辅助上下楼梯的电动座椅。通过SolidWorks三维软件对装置进行了结构设计,剖析了装置的运动机理,对装置的驱动部分进行研究。采用SolidWorks Simulation对电推杆与靠背之间的连接进行分析,结果表明:最大应力小于屈服强度,且无压溃现象,具有较强的负重能力和驱动能力,满足使用要求。

【Abstract】 In response to the problem of people with reduced mobility going up and down stairs, a power seat that assists going up and down stairs is designed. The structural design of the device was carried out through SolidWorks 3D software, the motion mechanism of the device was analyzed, and the drive part of the device was studied. The connection between the electric actuator and the backrest was analyzed by SolidWorks simulation, and the results showed that the maximum stress was less than the yield stress, and there was no crushing phenomenon, and it had strong load-bearing capacity and driving ability to meet the requirements of use.
