苇町煤矿切顶卸压自成巷开采技术应用探讨

【摘要】 以苇町煤矿91310工作面为工程背景,拟对切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷技术进行应用探讨。针对性提出恒阻锚索加强支护措施,以及拟定爆破卸压关键参数;采用“单体柱+可缩U型钢+钢筋网”多重护巷支护设计,形成留巷补强方案、切顶卸压方案、临时支护方案成套技术体系。该技术方案现场工业性试验表明,91220巷留巷效果良好,有效阻止采空区矸石涌入巷道,巷道围岩处于稳定状态;无煤柱开采经济效益显著。

【Abstract】 The paper probes into the non-pillar self-accomplished laneway technology at 91310 working face of Weiting Colliery,including retaining roadway reinforcement scheme,roof cutting and pressure release scheme,and temporary support scheme by presenting the reinforcement support with constant resistance anchor,the key parameters of blasting pressure release,and the multi roadway protection support design with single prop,contractible U-typed steel and reinforcing steel mesh,whose on-site industrial testing shows that it can effectively prevent the goaf gangue from rushing into roadway with stable surrounding rock and remarkable economic benefits of non-pillar mining.
